Marjon is driven by a mission to make the world a little more beautiful every day. She achieves this by leveraging her extensive experience to guide social organizations through change, focusing on defining individual, group, and organizational values. Marjon deeply believes in the power of structured methods combined with the strength of collective collaboration.

A wealth of experience in change leadership

Marjon is a highly experienced leader, change agent and communicator with a background that spans several major Dutch organizations such as ING, Rabobank, Nederlandse Spoorwegen, ANWB.

Trained as an engineer at TU Delft, she developed into a versatile business consultant in practice. Reaching results together with colleagues is what truly motivates her. During her career, Marjon has led four major organizational transformations (mergers/reorganizations), where she discovered that her true passion lies in helping people and organizations move forward.

Dedicated to guiding social impact

To solidify her practical knowledge, Marjon completed the Change Management foundation course at the VU Amsterdam in 2025, giving her practice a strong theoretical foundation.

Marjon now dedicates the final chapter of her career to supporting others through change. Since July 1, 2024, she works as an independent consultant through her sole proprietorship, 2navigate2.
