How I make impact

I am an expert change agent, dedicated to guiding social organizations through transformation by focusing on core values and collective strength.

An engineer by training (TU Delft) and a versatile consultant in practice, I have a wealth of change leadership experience across major Dutch organizations (ING, Rabobank, NS, ANWB). I thrive on achieving results collaboratively and have successfully led four major organizational transformations.

Complementing my practical skill with the theoretical foundation of a 2025 VU Change Management course, I now dedicate my work to supporting social impact.
