Carmen Phillips is originally from the UK and now lives in the Netherlands. Her passions are focused on leadership and customer experience (CX). Carmen is a business coach and has worked for clients in a variety of corporate, consumer, including automotive, insurance, IT, charities and municipalities.
She has been working to improve customer experience and employee engagement for over 20 years and has written a paper on psychological contracting and leadership. She actively shares her knowledge and experience by giving lectures at Beeckestijn Business School, Nima (Netherlands Institute for Marketing) and Inholland University of Applied Sciences.
